Basic Human Resources Management to New Organizations

Frequently we listen about HR management for the newly established company, what things are basic and fundamental that must be done to orderly administration of the company? In practical terms, what needs to be done by the HR function for the new organization and long-established, small and large, is the same; that HR must address the needs of your business or help the organization achieve its goals. Or, if I can return the question, when you became the owner or corporate leader, what do you expect from a variety of functions in your company, maybe HR, IT, Finance, Operations, Production, Sales and others? Of course I wish that every part that is able to provide added value to your organizations.  If not, surely you would have questioned why these functions should exist in your organization. Thus, you need to ask, what the basic needs of the organization’s staffing side?  I have opinion, for the HR function, the basic needs that need to be fulfilled to ensure that companies meet regulatory compliance with various laws which apply to your country.
The articles on the law product and other regulations regulate relations between employees and companies, and consequently the law must be obeyed by both parties.  The first focus is compliance / rules against these rules, and once achieved, you can begin to consider how the basic administrative processes such as personnel administration, payroll and so forth can be performed accurately and efficiently. The rest, you can begin planning the construction of other HR programs more strategic, such as the development of Performance Management, Competency, Career Development, until the establishment of a Work Culture that is expected in the mother organization.
